This 300-year-old traditional Ibizan finca enjoys a fantastic, peaceful location in the green heart of Ibiza’s countryside, between the charming villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel. The idyllic garden brims with mature trees and fragrant planting to create a secluded escape where you can soak up delicious Ibizan sunshine all day long. The charming gardens are also home to two wonderful covered outdoor dining / BBQ areas, daybeds and of course the cooling private swimming pool. Inside, the polished stone floors, authentic Sabina wood beams create a rustic ambience in surprisingly large rooms. The living space includes a lounge area and open plan kitchen/dining space. The master suite on the first floor has access to a small terrace and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Three further double bedrooms are located in the main house, while the final two bedrooms are located in a separate stunning guest house (casita), with a living space and fully equipped kitchen.

Finca Vianca is a beautiful newly renovated farmhouse located in the Morna Valley in the stunning North of Ibiza. Nestled in the campo at the end of its very own drive in a peaceful location, yet only 5 minutes drive away from the charming and authentic village of San Carlos. It boasts a pretty garden with orange, lemon and apricot trees, lavender, rosemary and birds of paradise plants. The house is very private and perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy the tranquil, magical North of the island and all it has to offer. The pretty village of San Carlos retains the magical charm of the true Ibiza spirit and is the gateway to many of the amazing beaches and coves in the North of the island. It is also home to the renowned Bar Anitas, the hippy market of Las Dallias and many other great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, church and a fantastic play park for the kids. Cala San Vincent, Aguas Blancas, Es Figuerel, Pou Des lleo, Cala Boix, Cala Mastella, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and all the beaches surrounding Santa Eulalia can all easily be reached within a 10 minute drive from the property. The finca is an original Casa Payesa and incorporates beautiful architecture typical to this part of the island. Inside, the spacious fully equipped kitchen/dining area has also been updated, using micro cement finishes which adds a striking contrast to the old Sabina beams used in the ceiling, as well as skylights in the ceiling flooding the space with natural light. There is a Smeg range cooker, a large Liebherr Side by side bio fresh fridge/freezer (bio fresh keeps fruit and vegetable fresh up to 3 times longer) and a rustic wooden dining table. The lounge area is a generous size, furnished with 2 large linen sofas. It has a Smart TV with Netflix, Sky Movies/Sports available in all languages, and fast speed internet is available throughout the property. Upstairs, there is a wonderful outdoor terrace/chill out area with far reaching sea views. The architecture of the house is very typically Ibicencan with the 6 stone arches at the front of the house and striking pink bougainvillea covering the facade. The 4 double bedrooms are spacious and all have air conditioning, they are furnished with soft linens to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The 4 bathrooms have been beautifully designed, with a micro cement finish, brushed bronze and gold accessories and a selection of onyx, marble and stone sinks - with one bathroom featuring a very large bathtub.

All rooms are ground floor, with their own private entrance for maximum privacy and just one step away from the pool and the lounge areas. Finca Tropicana is furnished using natural wooden and stone materials, paired with all the modern amenities that you would expect from your cozy laid-back Ibiza experience, such as a modern speaker systems, osmosis freshwater systems and high speed internet. As guests of this estate, you have the exclusive opportunity to use a beautifully situated and covered Sala for your private dinners, yoga classes or personal training sessions. On top of this, you have optional access to an outdoor cinema, where you can organise a super private and exclusive movie viewing or sporting event broadcast through a 15 m2 LED screen. Exclusively included for our guests is the usage of the detached wooden bar, just beside the cinema, always stocked with water and soft drinks at no additional charge. This family run estate consists of an additional house, visually detached on the north end of the estate with a separate entrance, where the staff live whom are maintaining this huge 1.6 hectares estate.
