The villa
The villa features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a built area of 315 m2 on a generous plot of 7000 m2. The main house is spread over one floor, where you enter the central living and dining area. The surroundings This authentic finca is centrally located in the lovely town of Sant Joan de Labritja. It is located quite north on the map of Ibiza, making it relatively quiet. Most people come to Sant Joan to enjoy the peace, nature and the real Ibiza feeling. The northernmost part of Ibiza, called Portinax, is less than a fifteen minute drive away. Here you will find several beautiful beaches, cozy restaurants and beautiful shops. At about the same distance but then towards the West, you will arrive at the popular village: Santa Eularia. Here it is pleasantly vibrant and you can also enjoy nearby bays like Cala Olivera and Cala Bonita. The villa This classic but luxurious finca exudes the typical Ibiza feeling in all areas. Fincas have become increasingly popular on the island over the years and are therefore also popular places to stay. This new estate has been built entirely in the Ibizan style, which gives it the charm of the island, but also has all the comforts and luxury you could wish for. It is built long and wide with relatively lower ceilings. This immediately creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere inside the house. The entire propety is on one level, which makes it easy and accessible for everyone. There are four spacious bedrooms, some which have an en-suite bathroom and with a free-standing bath. Throughout the house there are many windows and doors through which gives natural light into the house. From one of the bedrooms, the view is unique, namely over the spaciously landscaped garden with large swimming pool. The living room is perfect for a delicious dinner where the built-in fireplace can be lit. The kitchen looks homey and practical, while again it has all the necessities. Extra workspace is created by means of a kitchen block in the middle of the kitchen. In terms of design and furnishing, it is decided to work with only a few light colors and materials throughout the entire finca. All walls are off-white, which is alternated with the use of the materials wood, natural stone and steel. These same shades can be found both inside and outside. This ensures a pleasant, calm and warm atmosphere throughout the whole house. The statement 'less is more' comes into its own here. The outdoor spaces The large plot is mainly located at the back of the finca. When you step outside, there is a roof parallel to the length of the house, under which various relaxation options have been made. There is a table where you can quietly enjoy a nice lunch or dinner in the shade. It is also possible to light up the fireplace for even more atmosphere outside. When you step further, you can walk towards the pool by means of a paved path. During the walk you will be surrounded by various plants, flowers and (palm) trees. The pool offers a nice cool down after which you can relax on the adjacent lounge beds. Here too there is the possibility to lie down in the shade with the original, thatched umbrellas. Finally, there is a beautiful, covered outdoor area with a large dining table and a spacious outdoor kitchen with an adjacent bar. When the evening comes, both the villa and the outdoor area will be beautifully lit.
