The surroundings
This beautiful villa is only ten minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of Cala Comte, Cala Gracio and Cala Bassa. This property is located in the well-known west coast of the island. The reason why the west coast is so popular among many has to do with the fact that the sun sets on this side of the island. This ensures a wonderful fairy tale every evening. San Antoni is known for its bustle, but you will not experience any of the crowds. The residence is far enough from the bustle of the city to allow you to enjoy the peace and beauty of the island and the villa surrounded by nature. You can reach Ibiza airport in about twenty minutes by car. Finally, the other shops are also a stone's throw away. You can think of various supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists or, for example, petrol stations. The villa
This modern villa facilitates a total of five luxurious bedrooms, each with an adjoining, luxurious bathroom. There is also a separate guest house with two en-suite bedrooms. The entrance of the property leads you to a spacious living space consisting of a contemporary living room with stylish furniture in the same neutral tones and with additional wooden elements. A true eye-catcher of the house is the beautiful, white, oak floor that has been laid throughout the property. Another important part of the living space is the modern dining area that is deliberately positioned in front of the large sliding doors so that you can endlessly enjoy the view of the outdoor areas. Finally, the open, modern kitchen adjoins the aforementioned areas. The kitchen is also neatly finished and has only high quality built-in appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and has more than enough work and storage space. All rooms, especially the suites, have large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood into the rooms. This creates a pleasant atmosphere and also brings out the neutral tones even better.
