Accountmanager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Ibiza crew. 

If you are fluent in Dutch and English, have excellent skills and know the Ibiza world of luxury real estate like the back of your hand, then we want to meet you!

What you will do:

As our Account Manager, you will drive our sales, maintain client relationships and ensure that our real estate projects excel.

- Building and maintaining great relationships with both new and existing clients.

- You will manage the entire sales process, from following up leads to closing the deal.

- Provide top-class customer service and be the contact person for clients.

- You will organise viewings and amaze potential buyers.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop great sales strategies.

- Keeping abreast of market trends and what our competitors are doing.

What do you need
Knowing Ibiza is most important for this role. If you have experience in the rental market or have worked as a concierge, that's fine too, as long as you know the island well.
In doing so:

- Do you speak fluent Dutch and English (Spanish is a bonus);

- Do you have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and dealing with high-profile clients;

- Do you have a passion for real estate and people;

- Do you have excellent communication, negotiation and social skills;

- Do you have knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Ibiza;

- Are you able to work solo and as part of a team;

- Do you have experience in a similar position in the real estate sector (preferred);

- Already live in Ibiza or arrange your own accommodation here.
