Set on a large plot the villa boasts mature gardens with vivid bougainvillea and fruit trees to the sides and rear of the property, with ample parking at the front… all secure behind a large electric gate. There is also an outdoor bbq / bar and dining space for those lovely long Spanish evenings under the stars. Casa Labonita is a very large house with air conditioning throughout, as well as high speed WiFi throughout the house and garden. The house consists of a bright modern kitchen diner, huge lounge area and a large TV/cinema room, complete with a 62 inch TV with Netflix and English channels. Perfectly located, Casa Labonita is only a 10-minute walk to the shops, a 5-minute drive from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport.
